Shop Policies
Processing time:
Most orders ship in 1-2 business days from ordering.
The exception to this is custom orders. Most custom orders will take around 2 weeks processing and shipping time from the date of sale.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns and exchanges:
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Refunds will not be fulfilled until I have the item(s) in hand.
I don't accept cancellations.
However, please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Custom Order Deposits
All custom orders (with the exclusion of digital portraits) will require a 50% *nonrefundable* deposit.
This is for all orders for custom paintings or projects that are not already listed in my shop. I will make a listing for you to pay the down payment and once paid, I will begin work on your order. When finished, I will create a second listing with finished product photos. Once you have paid the final amount, I will ship your item.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
